These Terms and Conditions form a valid legal agreement between you as a registered player and g7vip as the platform operator. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

All these terms are in addition to any specific terms that may apply to particular products or promotions offered by g7vip from time to time.

Use of g7vip services is restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Located in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online betting activities.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative or agent of a third party.
• Not subject to any voluntary or mandatory betting restriction imposed by g7vip or any other platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

g7vip reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Registration by individuals who do not meet the age limit of 21 years is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds in that account.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only at g7vip. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under their own name or someone else's, is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, players are required to provide true, accurate and current information, including:

• Full name as per a valid MyKad identity card.
• Exact date of birth for age verification purposes.
• An active email address that can be contacted.
• A mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
• Bank account or e-wallet details for financial transaction purposes.

Players are fully responsible for updating their personal information whenever any changes occur. g7vip is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information in a player's account.

Account verification may be required from time to time based on g7vip's compliance requirements. Players are required to cooperate fully in this process by providing the necessary supporting documents.

g7vip accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are fully supported for players in Malaysia:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Malaysia's local digital wallet.
• DuitNow — an instant interbank fund transfer system.
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — online banking through Malaysia's major banks.
• Cryptocurrency — including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM20. No processing fee is charged by g7vip for deposits made through the listed methods. However, any fees imposed by the respective payment service providers are entirely the player's responsibility.

All deposits must be made from an account registered in the same player's name. g7vip reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party sources and return those funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for all methods. Players may withdraw via the same method used for deposit, subject to full account verification.

The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved. This time may vary depending on technical factors from the payment service provider that are outside g7vip's control.

Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• The account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any bonus received must meet the set wagering requirements before the bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same player's name.
• g7vip reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

g7vip offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer has its own terms that must be read and understood before claiming. General terms that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus: g7vip gives a 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount — in this example, RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 must be wagered before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Second example: a deposit of RM600 will receive the maximum bonus of RM300, bringing the balance to RM900 with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

• Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another player or exchanged directly for cash.
• g7vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or betting strategies considered to be attempts to exploit bonus offers.
• The g7vip VIP programme offers weekly cashback starting from the Bronze tier with up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1%, and Platinum up to 1.5%. Progression through VIP tiers is based on consistent betting activity.

All games available at g7vip, covering online slots, live casino, sports betting and sportsbook, are operated according to their respective rules set by the game providers and g7vip. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before joining.

Regarding game results:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a round has ended.
• In the event of a technical fault during an ongoing game, g7vip reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to the player.

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the g7vip support team. Before the account closure is processed, all active wagering requirements related to bonuses received must first be completed or cancelled.

g7vip reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to meet account verification requirements within the specified period.

• Confirmation that the player does not meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.

In cases of closure due to confirmed fraud, g7vip reserves the right to forfeit the balance in that account. For closure due to other reasons, any eligible balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period.

g7vip strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will be entirely free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, g7vip will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by players as a result of their own betting activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond g7vip's control, including network failures, power outages or extraordinary events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in keeping their password confidential.
• The content of third-party websites or services whose links or references may appear on the platform.

Players acknowledge that betting activity involves financial risk and accept full responsibility for their own betting decisions.

g7vip reserves the right to amend, update or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their participation in betting activities is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction of residence. g7vip does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for any legal offences committed by players within their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.
